Attaining hist twenty-fifth birtdhay, Wednesday, September 10, Meyer Miller was honored with a birthday celebration in his home, Jane Street, where a host of friends and relatives gathered in the evening in observance of the occassion. Guests spent a delightful evening playing bridge and "500" and at a late hour luncheon was served by Mrs. miller assisted by her mother, Mrs Alva Hoke. At the party were, Miss Lulu Johnson, Mr and Mrs Alva Hoke of Howard, W. Va, and Mr. and Mrs. John Miller and daughter, Laura Jane, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Travis and daughter, Joann, Miss Margaret Johnson, Miss Margaret Hoke, Robert Hoke, Charles Sadler, Richard Weisgerber of Connellsville. Mrs. Meyer Miller and the honored guest."
